§ 8-32. Suspension or revocation.

  • Any license may be suspended or revoked by the town commission upon proper complaint and proof, in a quasi-judicial proceeding, that the licensee has conducted business in such a manner as to constitute a nuisance, disturb the peace and tranquility of the community, or threaten the public health, safety and welfare. Each license shall bear the notation: "The Town of Lady Lake reserves the right to revoke or cancel this license. Such action may be taken in case the licensee or any person doing business hereunder so conducts such business that it becomes a nuisance and/or disturbs the peace, health, welfare or safety of the citizens of the community."
