§ 3-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Alcoholic beverages means distilled spirits and all beverages containing one-half of one percent or more alcohol by volume.
Intoxicating beverages means only those alcoholic beverages containing more than 4.007 percent alcohol by volume.
